Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia hosting CP is a standard accessory only in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is offered free of cost. With Hepsia you can host unlimited web site names in one user account. This is conceivable due to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager interface. The other web hosting CP interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are available only in combination with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you have to use 2 separate user accounts. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain registration/transfer/administration possibilities. If you choose Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated server, there will be no web hosting Control Panel choice.

Hosted Hostnames ² - unmetered domain names can be hosted with all offered hosting Control Panel interfaces, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your web page names in one hosting user account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP setups do not provide such opportunity at all - there is no Domain Manager tool and for that reason they need TWO separate user accounts: 1 domain management/billing/support user account and 1 web site management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel).

Operating System (OS) ³ - you will note that the Hepsia Control Panel sustains Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to have it on your dedicated hosting web server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel devices are offered only with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
